We are seeking an experienced and professional Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN/LVN) to join our clinical team under the supervision of a Registered Nurse. This role is ideal for a nurse who values precision, compassion, and a calm, patient-centered approach.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide attentive, high-quality nursing care to patients undergoing medical detoxification
  • Monitor and document vital signs, withdrawal symptoms, and clinical status with accuracy and consistency
  • Administer medications in accordance with physician orders and established protocols
  • Communicate effectively with the RN regarding patient progress and clinical concerns
  • Contribute to a calm, safe, and therapeutic milieu
  • Maintain thorough, compliant documentation in alignment with regulatory and accreditation standards
  • Respond to clinical changes with sound judgment and professionalism

Qualifications
  • Active, unrestricted LPN/LVN license in the state of Georgia
  • Graduate of an accredited practical nursing program
  • Current CPR/BLS certification (ACLS preferred)
  • Prior experience in detoxification, behavioral health, or acute care strongly preferred
  • Demonstrated ability to maintain professional boundaries, discretion, and confidentiality
